2. DISPATCH TIMELINES

 

2.1 Silver Jewellery

All modern silver jewellery orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

 

2.2 Gold Jewellery & Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD)

Fine gold jewellery and lab-grown diamond (LGD) pieces are made to order and are typically dispatched within 15–20 working days from the date of order confirmation.

 

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on product pages and at checkout.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Your shipping pincode
  • Product category
  • Courier partner serviceability

 

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

4.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

 

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹75 COD charge is applicable.

 

COD is not available for Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) and Fine Gold jewellery orders.

 

4.2 International Shipping

We ship select products internationally.

 

Delivery timelines may take up to 18–20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

 

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

 

Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
